Overview
Manage the Boots and Superdrug accounts, building strong retailer relationships to drive new product launches and maximise their success. Forecast promotions, identify growth opportunities, and manage projects, representing L'Oréal at retail events and supporting retailer social media activities. Regularly visit stores to analyse brand performance and competitor activity.
Skills
I've significantly developed my IT skills, confidence in communication, and retailer relationship management. I've honed my organizational and prioritisation skills, demonstrating autonomy in supporting my accounts. I have effectively balanced business needs with account requirements and have significantly strengthened my analytical abilities through product launch/ marketing ROI analysis.

Yes, I was entrusted with significant responsibility, managing many tasks independently. While my manager was always available for support and guidance when I needed it, I had the autonomy to handle a wide range of responsibilities, allowing me to truly develop my skills and contribute meaningfully to the team.
