Sales Reporting, driving sales through bespoke activations for your retailer, conference planning, commercial contact for setting up and launching new products

Presentation skills have increased exponentially, more confident communicator. Data analysis is also key and this has developed when helping to recommended different courses of action

I was given great responsibility and even had the chance to lead key parts of my customers business

A lot, I can message anyone at any point, with a query or request to practice certain skills and they would find time for me

Very open in my division, and also very friendly. I've formed good relationships professionally and personally with many of my colleagues

Be passionate about Beauty. Recruiters can tell when you are not, and are just applying for the sake of applying. L'Oreal is a pure beauty player, unlike other FMCG businesses, and so its important that you have good knowledge of the market they operate in
