Support & Guidance
Lot's if seeked it out, but it was very dependent on your team. The first team I worked in wasn't as supportive and I had to seek guidance elsewhere (other interns and grads) and then the second team has been a lot more open to help.
Culture
Atmosphere nice, very sociable and comfortable. Company culture is a bit blurred, felt parts criticised what they display as there company values. Felt the main priority was the performance of the business at all times.
Your Impressions
Thoroughly enjoyed it and forever grateful I had the opportunity. However as I imagine in all jobs, had it's highs and lows.
