Overview
I work closely with my team to create go to market activations for new launches as well as working cross functionally to create materials that the end customer will leverage.
Skills
I have developed confidence across many areas such as presenting and I have also developed my Microsoft Office skills having to frequently create and share presentations. I have also developed my stakeholder management skills throughout my role.
Responsibilities
I have been given a lot of responsibility throughout my role, managing end to end processes as well as creating materials that have been distributed nationwide
Support & Guidance
From my team i received a lot of guidance and support. They gave me time to upskill and learn new areas I expressed interest in as well as being patient when i was unsure
Culture
Within my division it was very welcoming, everyone gets along well which gave me the confidence to express my opinion and get involved. From having these different conversations I learned a lot
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed my placement, the opportunities and learnings from it I know I will be able to carry forward in many different settings.
Yes
It is hard not to go in with perceptions as it is such a big company but try and be open minded. I think what ever you put into it you will get out of it.
