Overview
Monitoring data and checking for any alerts in the morning, complete any analytical dashboards requested by the business, produce data pipelines to use for these dashboards, produce any alerts as well that are required

Yes, primarily in the data engineering/analyst field.
Responsibilities
You are treated as a fellow employee and not just an undergrad. They provide you with work that will help with business workflow but also give you enough time to work on personal growth (certificates, projects etc.)
Support & Guidance
The people at VWFS are very supportive, they not only help you with the problem but guide you along so you can find the answer yourself without being given it directly.
Culture
For me it is perfect, it feels like you are working with friends rather than fellow employees.
