Overview
My daily responsibilities include manging the quarterly K2K process, maintenance of the Chatbot, supporting with reviewing, proofing and delivery of email, direct mail and operational customer communications, updating the Voice of Customer Feedback tracker and Lead Follow up reports.
Skills
During my time here, I have developed key skills such as networking, communication, task management, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, you are handed with a lot of responsibility however this fluctuates from time to time. Some examples include leading entire processes, and updating weekly reports.
Support & Guidance
There was a lot of support and if in need of support I would always ask and support with the relevant people would be available.
Culture
The company culture was professional and approachable with alot on collaboration and continuous improvement. I found the atmosphere to be supportive and inclusive where colleagues were open to sharing knowledge and offering help when needed.
Your Impressions
While there were some aspects of the placement I found challenging, I appreciated the opportunity to gain insight into a large organisation and understand how different departments contribute to the overall customer experience. It was valuable to apply my academic knowledge in a real world setting and develop key professional skills such as communication, time management, and adaptability.

I would say take the time to research the company鈥檚 values and how they align with your own career goals I fell like this will help you tailor your application and stand out. Also be prepared to demonstrate a genuine interest in the financial services sector even if your background isn鈥檛 directly related and show how your skills can add value to the team.
