Overview
Throughout my placement, I have facilitated change management initiatives, supporting the organisation and the employees through transition periods. I have contributed to internal communications, talent development, data insights from surveys, and creating solutions for both employees and business benefits. I have also supported the rollout of our cultural regime, performance appraisals, and provided business-as-usual support, aiming to create a seamless and productive environment for our employees.
Skills
During my placement, I had the opportunity to refine my public speaking abilities and become proficient in various work and HR-specific systems. I enhanced my data analysis and project management skills, which has significantly enhanced my CV and helped me achieve the goals I had set for this placement.

Support & Guidance
I had multiple performance reviews, a supportive future careers team, and engaging events to connect colleagues in similar positions of their careers. I had regular weekly meetings with my line manager and team, along with exciting events and away days that focused on learning and team building.
Culture
The company culture allows learning and performance. Employees are encouraged to help one another achieve common goals, creating an environment of mutual support. Senior leaders are approachable and willing to help, highlighting the interconnected nature of the company.
