Overview
The first day is a cross divisional exposure to the firm to understanding the different functions and how they interact. Part of this was also some team building group activities and panel talks. The other 2 days are divisional specific filled with key speakers, group exercises, networking with analysts and seniors and also an MD panel, alongside this was a lot of support from HR including many Q&A's.
Skills
I have developed my networking skills and teamwork skills working with a variety of different people.
Business Insight
It was very informative and comprehensive.
Culture
General culture and atmosphere is one of transparency, learning and getting the job done. It's very to the point and has a very big focus on improving and communicating.
Your Impressions
I found this to be one of the best internships I've completed and the time and effort put into it was evident. It was a truly formative experience.
Yes
I would say aim for excellence in everything you send so your CV, Cover Letter, Online Assessment and really try find the similarities in yourself and the firms values.
