Overview
The Insight was a three-day event that introduced us to the firm and our chosen divisions of interest. I selected IBD and GCM, so we had two days dedicated to exploring what a day in the life looks like in each. The people were absolutely fantastic鈥攂oth within the cohort and among the employees we had the chance to meet. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience.
Skills
I learnt networking skills from a workshop we had. I also learnt a lot about the field of investment banking.
Business Insight
I really enjoyed it. It was very valuable to see what investment bankers actually do on a day to day basis. Oftentimes information about the job can be quite obscure so that was definitely a win.
Culture
Super welcoming and warm. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Best experience ever! I really enjoyed it and overall it was an incredible opportunity to dive into a field I am passionate about.

Make sure you understand their company values and identity. Super important to see whether you are a fit and they are. aplace you would like to work in. Personally I think their values represent exactly the kind of place I would want to work in.
