Overview
Working with clients (Utility Companies) to gain access into land for schemes. Speaking with landowners/land agents to gain access/understand their needs. Following legislation re serving notices. Receiving & Calculating compensation claims after schemes have completed. Meeting on site with landowners/land agents/the team. Considering design plans for projects & understanding how this will effect the land; advising clients on the best practice. Record of conditions.

Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility - My manager and I worked together on many schemes however I was allowed to take lead on many projects, from organising surveys to dealing with a compensation claim.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support and guidance was given in terms of career development (APC). Agricultural training was provided once a month to ensure we were up to date with what was happening during that season in the industry.
