Interact with customers, develop relationships with local businesses. Look for business opportunities within the area and setup accounts. Day to day Sales, service and personal development.

Responsibilities
Yes. A huge amount. Captaincy roles put me in charge of a certain aspect of the business, got to see my real world impact and the profitability that my decisions created.
Support & Guidance
A lot. Was given a personal mentor who I met with once a month. Also had weekly meeting with branch manager and regular meetings with area manager. All to check on my own personal development and ensure I’ve been successful in my position on a day to day basis.
Culture
Friendly, everyone has the same goals and everyday strive to develop themselves and the company. Fun friendly branch, with regular meals out, area nights out and other success days.
