Overview
Absolutely everything. Main focus is on customer service and sales. Making sure rental customers are always satisfied and aiming to make the branch as profitable as possible. Delivering cars, cleaning cars, marketing to new companies. We do it all!
Skills
I’ve developed my customer service skills intensely. I find it very easy to talk to people, I love it. I’ve learned how to sell a product. I’ve learned skills in planning and logistics.
Responsibilities
Not a lot to begin with, but they allow to to be as responsible as you are comfortable with.
Support & Guidance
Absolutely everyone was available for providing guidance, no one was closed off from you. Everyone offers support.
Culture
It’s so fun working with people that are of a similar age, I’ve met friends for life at the company.
