Overview
We would interact with customers on the daily basis. We would deliver and collect cars from home addresses and businesses. The job involved a lot of admin work as well on the computer as well as picking up and ringing the phone. I would monitor all the claims we have made on the computer as well as call customers to make sure they are ready for their reservation. Occasionally, we would go to training in head office.
Skills
I have learnt telephone skills and admin skills which are all new skills. I have developed my customer service skills even more as well as my problem solving skills
Responsibilities
A lot of responsibility. I had managed several corporate accounts and was in charge of the income my branch was making through cost and increasing revenue through sales.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my managers and peers, as well as higher ups in the company.
Culture
The company culture was internal promotions and support and guidance. Very customer-orientated and teamwork based
