  • The application process involves a phone interview, followed by an in person interview as well as shadowing the team in the branch for a couple of hours. I would recommend getting as involved as possible in this branch day in order to impress management. The job is hard work and can be long hours so applicants need to be wiling to work hard in order to reap the benefits and future employment prospects of the business.
