Overview
I work a lot with external suppliers, managing any changes which could have a quality impact. I work on calculating and presenting KPIs, I help organise meetings and workshops with cross functional teams. I lead meetings, including a triage weekly which has 30 (approx.) attendees.

Responsibilities
Yes lots of responsibility. You get out what you put in at GSK. I have responsibility to manage changes with external suppliers, facilitate workshops and lead meetings.
Support & Guidance
Very supportive culture at GSK. Two meetings a week with my manager, people willing to network. Team willing to give me responsibility and support if needed.

The culture was very positive, inclusive and people were willing to help you succeed. Good work life balance.

I really enjoyed it. Learnt so much and my confidence has improved massively. I met some lovely people too.
Yes
It鈥檚 a great company for a placement, but very difficult to get back into the company post-placement. Limit grad opportunities.
