Overview
• Led the brand media plan, managing the banner ad campaigns which consistently exceeded industry benchmark standards. • Oversaw stakeholder management with agencies and approvers to coordinate branded content creation and approval (agencies include Four Health Media, HAVAS and Ashfield). • Organised and chaired network calls with country leads across Europe. • Oversaw EU brand budget tracking and managed purchase orders. • Led and managed the onboarding journey rebuild for employees to streamline the process and improve engagement. • Rolled out the Sales Capability Framework in the UK, Portugal and Spain for Key Account Managers (KAMs) and sales leaders. • Organised an event for best practice sharing event aligned with business priorities.
