  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • 鈥� Providing support to the data & analytics manager 鈥� Assisting in the collection, validation and analysis of data to support site objectives 鈥� Assisting in the preparation of clear and insightful presentations 鈥� Actively participate and support in LEAN/Kaizen events 鈥� Assist in the development, test and deployment of analytical dashboards/tools/reports including the maintenance of existing capabilities 鈥� Ad-hoc data request & analysis 鈥� Analytics research & training 鈥� Intern program & improvement project 鈥� Establishing credibility and developing relationships with key stakeholders

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

    • Excel VBA coding, Macro creation, conditional formatting, SQL Querying, SQL integration into excel, Pivot tables and data dashboard creation. Lean principles for root cause identification, fishbone diagram, 5 why's. Time management, Technical presentations, project management, communications, problem solving.
