Overview
We engaged in learning sessions. furthermore, we completed work for our department and had frequent meetings to check in with our learning.
Skills
I have developed my interpersonal skills greatly by networking with a wide range of individuals. Furthermore, my resource and work management efforts have greatly increased as I was pushed to deliver on deadlines. Finally, my ability to work as a team and communicate effectively significantly increased in this scheme.
Business Insight
It was very clear. I got to hear from all levels of the firm, giving me a well rounded view into what the business is like. Potential roles were made very clear as well as what different opportunities would be made available to me.
Culture
Company culture was amazing. Very supportive and people were always friendly even if they did not know you. Everyone is willing to help and put in effort to achieve a common goal which was motivating to me.
