Graduate Sales Executive

Join one of the largest waste management specialists in the UK!

Their mission is to emphatically reduce waste entering landfill via their network of waste removal solutions, on-site drainage systems and high-tech treatment centres.

Headquartered in Hampshire, they have over 600 staff across 20 facilities in the UK.聽

The Role

Working in a close-knit team, you will be looking to make a massive impact by winning and retaining business from organisations that would benefit from waste management services.

This is office-based sales (to begin with) and therefore phone-based. It is highly target-driven and you will be looking to win high value business deals with prestigious clients. You will work closely with the marketing, field sales, telesales and tendering teams to achieve success.聽

• Progression to field sales within 18 months
• Graduates have progressed to field sales, national accounts, sales team leaders, supervisory and operational roles
• Hitting targets "triggers" pay rises to 拢28.5k, 拢29.7k and 拢31k which can be achieved realistically within 18 months

• Thorough training includes: 6-week initial introduction to the business, a personal development plan, shadowing with top performers, outsourced modular training to a level 4 sales qualification and the use of online learning tools
