Delivering inductions to experienced hires joining IBM Consulting, which involves going over key information to help get them set up and equipping them with all the necessary information to start work.

Yes, I have improved my communication skills when delivering inductions as it involves a lot of presenting and conveying ideas. I have also improved my time management skills, through learning how to manage my workload and make effective use of my time.
