Overview
I was allocated the West End Office agency team, my day-to-day role involved attending viewings and launches with other members of the team. When in the office the team gave me various projects to complete, mostly excel based and while using their various agent platforms (costar, agents society).
Skills
A mixture of new and developed skills, the role naturally improves your competency on excel and the other platforms such as Co-star and Agents Society. The role builds upon your communication skills in the office and outside with daily interactions with other agents and clients.
Responsibilities
I was given a reasonable amount of responsibilities but it's slightly difficult given the team I was in to give me complete autonomy compared to a team like valuations. But all things considered I felt like I was given a decent amount of responsibility.
Support & Guidance
Support and Guidance was extremely good throughout the internship. Either my team or the HR department were both very supportive and provided guidance throughout the internship.
Culture
Both the culture and atmosphere were extremely positive. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
